We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to order and pay by phone, please call 262-242-5065

• Shipping

We ship via USPS for a flat rate of $5.95. Orders are shipped within 3 days of being placed and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after being mailed. Upgraded shipping is available for an additional $2.95 and orders should then arrive 2 to 3 days after being mailed.

We ship within the United States only.

• Prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time.

• Colors

We have made every effort to accurately present color. Please allow for some variation because yarn is dyed in lots and computer monitors show colors slightly different.

• Special Orders

If there is a yarn that you would like to order from one of our current brands, and you don’t see it on our website, please contact us.

• Return Policy

Yarn may be returned within 30 days of purchase of it is unused and in it’s original condition, with the original receipt. Please contact us at tammy@fibre-yarns.com for a return authorization code.

Credit for the yarn cost of the yarn will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Patterns, books, needles, accessories, and final sale items may not be returned.
